I found this office through Google. After researching the 6-Month Smiles program, I was super excited about finally achieving a beautiful smile. As someone who was 28 at the time and felt insecure about fixed braces, the idea of a quick treatment made me feel more comfortable. Rude. Dr. Walton made me feel so uncomfortable, I feel sick that someone in the health care industry which was made to help people would also make people feel so disrespected. I’m not even going to go into detail, the other reviews that are claimed as “fake” have all the info you need. I’m honestly scared to go back especially after writing this review, but they charge my credit card monthly and I know it wouldn’t be an easy process to get any of that money back! Wow! Where do I even begin. Setting up my complimentary consultation was a breeze. Scheduling was quick and easy. Once I got to my appointment, I was immediately greeted by Lisa at the front desk who was just lovely. She handled the first half of my consultation and was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. Then I met with Dr. Walton who was also very thorough and answered all the questions I had. It’s clear how they’ve been in business for so long. I really look forward to starting my treatment here at this practice.
My experience with Walton Orthodontics has been the worst of my life. It was characterized by POOR HYGIENE, RUDE ATTITUDES, AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES, INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT AND UNAUTHORIZED COLLECTION OF MONEY. I’ve had a nothing short of a great experience. The staff is wonderful. I absolutely love everyone there. They make accommodations that’s not only fitting for their schedule but also mine. I had treatment first and afterwards my son is currently having treatment. I highly recommend this office everywhere and to everyone. I never write reviews unless they truly deserve it, and this practice and staff goes beyond your standards everytime.
