I was completely disappointed with this agency's ability to remain professional during my policy transition. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. I never had to make a claim with them, but the way I was treated during my transition away from their agency would make me wonder how they'd treat you if you did have a claim. Good luck if you choose this as your insurance agent.
