I've been in person once and called on the phone many times. They are always super helpful and polite. When I came in person, the csr was quick and helpful to get my business taken care of, as I was juggling my young toddler. She gave him a little duck that kept his attention and at the end, she told him he could keep it! Made his day and mine � happy to do business in a place like this.

Absolutely amazing staff and people to know. This office is one of the best run tax collector's offices in the state and the entire staff should be proud of themselves and their tax collector.
The phone lines haven't worked in 8 months!!!! You call in and they can't hear you. I have Verizon so maybe it's just with that, but they know the problem exists yet have not solved it in 8 Months!!!
AWESOME service!!! Happy and friendly people made the day filled with bumps not even matter..
