This place is terrible. I took my husband's Derrick Rose jersey in to be cleaned for the Bulls games that honor Derrick Rose, and they destroyed it. They told my husband that the jersey says, "Do not dry clean," yet the dry clean it and blamed us. Saying it wasn't even supposed to be at a dry cleaner. Like they didn't think to read that BEFORE they ruined the jersey. If they had read, they simply could have returned it to me. Now my husband is out of 150.00 and no jersey because it was destroyed. Excellent place for all our dry cleaning needs and tailoring. I have been going here for years, to dry clean all our fur and leather coats and jackets. They always have done amazing job, and fast if I needed something done in a hurry. Later on, I realized that they also do tailoring, and I started bring in my clothes for adjustment. I really love their work! I will remain loyal customer! Thank you !
