Terrible experience here. Paid $220 and all I got was a referral. Then an issue happened with my rebate and I waited 23 days to recieve it. I had to email a minimum of 10 times for them to follow up and make multiple phone calls before they sorted it. To only then not be paid the rebate amount they told me I'd be getting (got nearly $30 less than they told me). Shocking service and such a waste of money. I'm on a pension—paying $220 for 15-20 minutes to get 1 referall is a joke!
Dr Louise is a fabulous doctor. In a short amount of time she cleared up a whole mess that I felt I could not make sense of, cleared up any worries and got me excellent and efficient care.
Worst place they are so slow never on time! Patients leaving their appointments and no doctors coming out to get next patient. Waiting time is at present 20 minutes and still waiting. I don’t usually come here because of the waiting time as I have found a better dr but I left it too late to get an appointment and needed a script. Never again !!!
I saw Dr Rafa Jeong, I believe that he is a new practicing doctor at the practice. He made me feel very comfortable and safe. Little bit on the pricier side but worth it as I could get in same day as I needed an appointment asap. We did some uncomfortable tests and he made me feel really safe and he rang me to follow up with the the test results as soon as they came in. Definitely recommend.
Rudest reception staff I’ve ever come across. I’ve literally been a patient since I was born 52 years ago when Dr Cole delivered me. The ethos of the clinic has changed from a patient focused , caring place to a cold, money making one! This is not my first bad experience of late. I’m looking into other clinics.
