Rudest reception staff I’ve ever come across. I’ve literally been a patient since I was born 52 years ago when Dr Cole delivered me. The ethos of the clinic has changed from a patient focused , caring place to a cold, money making one! This is not my first bad experience of late. I’m looking into other clinics.
No respect for their patients time. I have been at this practice for years and over time it has become worse and worse. After repeatedly arriving for appointments and waiting up to 40 minutes I raised the issue with the practice and asked them to respect my time and at the very least do me the courtesy of ringing me if the doctor was significantly behind. 5 September 2025 - update on WBMC 2024 review ** NEW REVIEW** So we are very happy to have found a new medical practice who look after their patients and have efficient practice staff, fabulous doctors who care about their patients and needs. From the moment I made my appointment and greeted by the lovely and helpful reception staff I was feeling pretty much at ease. It’s really great when your first step into the medical Center that the staff are pleasant and helpful. I had an appointment with Doctor Louisa Sondergeld and was crossing my fingers that I had found a great Doctor with this being my first visit.
