When I was fired I called Rick. When I contacted Mr. Waltman, he estimated a 30k settlement. He sent demand letters to my ex-employer. After a month and a half we got a response. The employer retroactively accused me of grabbing her breast on my last day of work, and so she had a restraining order served to me. Don’t care why I’m calling. I highly recommend you do not waste your time calling this place. They are listed as employment lawyers for wrongful termination, and after wasting all of your time will tell you that they can’t help you with that. Quite a scam if you ask me.
