To high Priced.. This insurance agency is very service oriented. They took my info and called me back with some preliminary quotes the day I made the request. I did not go with this company since they could not find me the lowest rates, but I feel that I would call them next time to see if they could get better rates again.
Not Helpful They cancelled me without warning. Reason? I moved into a new house, and no longer lived in the old one. They knew I was going to move when they wrote the policy, took the premium payment IN FULL...then,cancelled me four months AFTER I moved! Seems a bit arbritrary to me! They say they sent the letter of cancellation to the old address, the house nobody lives in?..but even tho I get all my other mail, I didnt get that letter! However, they sent the check to my NEW address...which they obviously had all along? Doe... read more
