Great ergo. Excellent trigger. Boxy like Gwagon but everything else is spot on! Pls just reduce the size and make it in P365 size including thickness!!!
I contacted their customer service because I sheared off the optic plate screws of my new PDP. They said they could help me and gave me the instructions to send the slide to them. They fixed it! I expected a bill bit apparently they just did it as warranty work. They were professional fast and pleasant tp deal with. I don't know the armorer name that worked on my firearm but I wanted to say thanks anyway.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Deficient IT system. The phone person Andrew was ignorant and arrogant. The email person, Mason, failed to provide any substantive grounds or reasons for the cancellation, failure to contact me, other than blaming on thier computer system as did Andrew. No apologies for a ridiculous unilateral cancellation of a high dollar accessory order with even any email or text notification. I bought a Walther PDP as my first pistol, because it was recommended by one of the sellers at a gun shop near my place, then there was a slight defect in the slide end cap, and I intended to buy the spare part through the website, but the customer service was very bad.
