HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Deficient IT system. The phone person Andrew was ignorant and arrogant. The email person, Mason, failed to provide any substantive grounds or reasons for the cancellation, failure to contact me, other than blaming on thier computer system as did Andrew. I bought a Walther PDP as my first pistol, because it was recommended by one of the sellers at a gun shop near my place, then there was a slight defect in the slide end cap, and I intended to buy the spare part through the website, but the customer service was very bad. Not good. $118 out of pocket. Just lies and more lies.
Every part for the PDP is out of stock. How do you never have pdp pro sd magazine base plates in stock? You make them. They brag about the PDP modularity but they don't sell separate slides for us to take advantage of the modulary. 3 months to get my #2 optics plate, then they shiped it without the screws. But they will sell them to you for $3 per screw, and you have to pay $10 shipping. Now they charge $75 to install the DPT trigger, that they used to install for free.
