Art is great. His massage focused on my areas of stress and it had the perfect pressure. We also talked a lot about posture and discussed a plan to move forward working on stress and posture.

I had one massage, and training sessions with Arthur and both experiences were wonderful. Arthur was communicative, pleasant, and professional. He asked about how much pressure to apply, and was able to connect my mind with my body which is a necessary aspect for complete relaxation. He listened to me and focused the training on what needed to be worked on, taking time to go over each step and helping me through them, he got to the root of the problems. I will recommend his services.
Art is really excellent. I do long days at the laptop and had varying soreness in my shoulders and neck for years; physical therapy didn't do anything. After a combination of workouts, massage, and stretching, my back felt a lot less tense after a couple sessions, and that has lasted for months.
