great sports massage sessions with Arthur before/after my marathon. He really understood pre and post-race recovery needs and helped release tightness in my legs, hips, and lower back. Professional, knowledgeable, and effective. I left feeling looser, lighter, and much better. Highly recommend for anyone needing recovery work!

I highly recommend Arthur Capozzi to anyone dealing with back pain from intense workouts. After pushing myself too hard in the gym, I developed persistent tightness and pain in my back that stretching alone couldn’t fix. The treatment made a huge difference. I cannot recommend Art highly enough. He is truly outstanding — attentive, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He always takes the time to listen carefully, never makes me feel rushed, and customizes each massage based on my specific needs. Arthur C . At Waltham Theraputic massage and fitness is intuitive in assessment of client needs, open to feedback, and knows this trade well. I felt comfortable while receiving services, and felt amazing afterwards. I usually gravitate towards female massage therapists, but Art makes me feel comfortable during my visits.
