I need to pass along much-deserved kudos to Bruce and the maintenance team, as well as Gustavo and Jack in the front office. They're so quick to respond to requests/emails and act speedily when help is requested. The staff is genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, and it's a HUGE plus to living here!
We’ve been living at Waltham Overlook Apartments since 2023, and it has been a great experience overall. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and has a welcoming atmosphere that truly makes it feel like home. The team has been very supportive throughout our time here. What really stands out is the maintenance team. Bruce provides outstanding service and takes a lot of pride in his work.
