We lived at Waltham Overlook for two years and couldn't be happier with our experience. Gustavo was always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Bruce, and the maintenance team, was consistently fast to respond, kind, and helpful with every request. The grounds and green areas were always beautifully maintained. The location is fantastic, at a walking distance to a supermarket, post office, coffee shops, restaurants, etc, all while still being quiet and peaceful. We just moved in this last weekend and we’ve already had a great experience living here. We put in a few maintenance requests and the maintenance team resolved the issues within a few days. The AC in our unit wasn’t working properly and we were concerned about it due to the heat wave last week, but Bruce and Joe responded to our requests very quickly and replaced our AC. We’re very impressed with the maintenance team here!
Very respectful staff. Gustavo is always very respectful professional and efficient as well as the mantinence guys Bruce and Chris .
I need to pass along much-deserved kudos to Bruce and the maintenance team, as well as Gustavo and Jack in the front office. They're so quick to respond to requests/emails and act speedily when help is requested. The staff is genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, and it's a HUGE plus to living here!
