I've ben living at Waltham Overlook approximately one month and half. When I was given a tour at the Facility I picked my current apartment base on the location of the building, at that time I trusted my gut feeling. I'm so glad I did I love the quietness of the building so far...I also start loving my apartment after the head manager accepted to correct a couple issues, per my request. The ladies at the front office are absolutely wonderful, supportive, they're more than willing to help. The guys from maintenance department... read more
I won't recommend this community. New staff members from Dolben company are very rude when someone raises maintenance request. Increased the rent during COVID situation and apartments are full of mice and spiders .
