During a pedicure, the technician cut my foot and it bled a lot. The owner didn’t apologize and insisted this kind of accident is normal and that they aren’t responsible. Accidents may happen, but treating a customer bleeding as “normal” and refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.
This place is crazy Great.And also extremely busy on valentine's day Morning five stars got to go.
I love this nail salon! Everyone that works there is very pleasant. My girl Amy is wonderful! I’ve been having my nails done for many many years And she is by far the best! Highly recommend while them nails and spa!
I love it!!! My sister and I have been coming to Waltham nails for over a year and the work as consistently fabulous art! I had issues at other places with it cranking or not staying on, but these are strong yet not overly thick. It’s like magic. Thank you Waltham nails and Jade 🥰
