It used to be that this YMCA cared about its patrons. Since the Pandemic, this is not so. They have a sign up system that forces members to book at 6:00 AM, 72 hours in advance. Renovations have taken far too long and classes are crowded because they do not enforce the sign up and many show up without signing up. It is sort of like playing a lottery to get into a class. Complaints are not addressed...It is so disappointing.
