After two years I finally had enough. Zero care about anything besides milking your insurance. Ghost appointments , just rudeness.
Dr. Walthall has been an amazing doctor. He listens, empathizes, and provides great care. I never feel rushed and I feel like he truly cares for all his patients. The office staff is also very nice and attentive. I’ve never had an issue trying to schedule or reschedule an appointment.
Very happy with Dr. Walthall whom we saw for the first time last week. He is indeed a very caring physician who took his time listening to all our concerns and needs. He is very knowledgeable regarding our health history. He answered all our questions and offered advice as well. We shall continue to see him in the future. The office staff was very courteous and helpful in obtaining the appts and referrals we needed.
Dr. Walthall is great personally. The whole office gets me feeling better fast. They see me on short notice when I'm sick, and get me in quickly with a specialist when I need one.
Dr Walthall has always been very knowledgeable and takes as much time as needed to make sure your questions are answered.

I've had a couple PCPs over the past 8 years that I felt were not genuinely interested in getting to know my health history. I scheduled an appt with Dr. Walthall recently. I wasn't sick or hurting. I just to get myself acquainted and see if he was a physician I can connect with . He was AWESOME! He asked me all about my history, how I'm feeling currently, what I do to stay active and things I can change for better health. I also saw him writing everything down as we spoke. Great introduction!
Dr. Walthall is a very caring person. It is for me not enough to treat me but listening, is more important. Dr. W is the old school patient comes first.
