She’s very knowledgeable about everything related to insurance and although we’ve never met in person, I feel she’s a friend and always has my best interest at heart. She’s easily accessible, goes to bat with my insurance if there’s an issue (which is rare), she shops for the best rates for my home/auto policies each year and now even insures my 3 adult daughters.
