Walter home improvement deserves ten stars. They did an amazing job in my home during these last two years of projects. They executed in a timely manner, on budget and very precise. Walter and his team are just all around great people. Walter always took the time to speak, brainstorm, and answer all the questions I had about the job, and he always addressed all of my concerns. I will always use Walters Home Improvements for all of my future projects.
I am reviewing Walters Home Improvement as a customer of my business. Walter purchased a discontinued faucet, a part number that was not manufactured with faucet handles. This is indicative of the LH (less handle) in the mpn. It was deeply discounted. Upon discovering his error, he insulted my sales staff unnecessarily. They told him he could return it for a full refund including shipping. His response was the screenshot in this review. This is no way to treat people.
I was hesitant about hiring another contractor to do my bathroom but after seeing the end product that Walter and his team used, I have a contractor for life. Highly highly recommend
