I’m a delivery driver. I came to pick up the order, but the staff told me to wait until they finished serving their customers. What kind of nonsense is that? Just hand me the order—it takes a second—and then you can keep talking to your customers for as long as you want.
In my experience,I try to buy heat blanket from this branch,but they said they don’t have this stock,so they have to bring it from headquarters in Brea.(its not a special order from manufacture) In five minutes I changed my mind ,so i try to cancel the order ,and they said its not possible.i’m not big computer guy,but i don’t think is a big deal to cancel order even u swipe your card!!!!
