I would strongly advise against engaging the services of Phillipa Howsen at Walters Lawyers. During an already distressing time following the death of my father, her conduct was not only unprofessional but also unnecessarily harsh. She was discourteous to my mother, showing a startling lack of empathy and sensitivity.
