Very Friendly and professional, they care about their customers.
They damaged my outside unit which they admitted to and I have it in writing. They patched the damaged parts and when I told them that I didn't want my unit to have patches and that I wanted it in the condition it was in before they punctured my coil, they threw me to their insurance company after they told me that they were going to make things right. Now they don't want to deal with me, but told me that I had to deal with their insurance company instead. They feel that I should be happy with the patches. BEWARE!
Great folks and always out as quick as possible. Do a great job.... Wouldn't use anyone else!
Walters is the Best A/C and heating business in town. My daughter was recently without A/C for 10 days. She had "friends" come by and fix the A/C but nothing worked. She finally took my advice and I called Walters. They were out that day. She had a bad coil, it was ordered and replaced. They did an amazing job. The A/C runs great now. Ice Cold.....thank you Walters
It is a wonderful place with lots of good,caring people.
