I was extremely happy with the service that was provided from this company, from start to finish! From the moment that I first called, everyone was so very nice and helpful, and they got me scheduled right away. I had called on a Friday, and they had someone scheduled to be at my house on Monday, which was fantastic! The window I was given was between 8-4, but I was given a call with plenty of time prior to the driver arriving, which was extremely beneficial. I had a fantastic experience with this company! They went above and beyond for my wife and me, and I plan on using them for any and all of my septic needs! Even when they didn't know the answer, they were kind enough to admit and and go the extra mile to find the right answer for us. I highly recommend this company, period.
Good service
Walters Sewer Service is a wonderful company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for sewer/ septic services. We used them for exploratory work as well as routine maintenance/ pump out and they are always friendly, timely and helpful. Their billing is fair and timely and they are a pleasure to work with. Jhonna did most of our exploratory work and has been a wealth of knowledge, teaching us and guiding us each step of the way.
