Had a break of my septic line from the house to the tank. I had a hard time finding someone that could do the repair quickly and we were without use of our waste water system (3 kids) which was a significant inconvenience. Shaun was very understanding and was able to adjust some schedules to fit us in within a few days (most others were quoting weeks!). The work was done professionally and with expertise. My neighbor also used Walters for a difficult repair and had similar positive experience. Would recommend them to anyone!
Phenomenal Service!
Wish I could offer no stars. I sold my house. The buyers hired waters to inspect my septic system. Walters said that the system failed. My issue is I just had the system inspected 3 years prior and it passed with flying colors. When I complained to waters about this they said that they would reinspect for free but of it failed I had to hire them to replace it. (Blackmail) I refused and lost the sale.
