If your looking for a slumlord, who will neglect the property he owns. Along with making sure you pay him to do so, that has issues with taking accountability for his places becoming inhabitantable. As well as half-assing the work he is willing to do. He no more cares for his tenants than he does the places he is willing to put them in just to catch that all mighty dollar.
