So pleased with the cleaning of my parent's 40 year old tombstone in a cemetery that sits atop a small mountain in the coal regions and is subjected to all sorts of weather conditions. In addition to engraving a date on the stone, Walter's Monument also fulfilled my request to clean it and I just saw the results and am very thankful for their expertise and service.
Craig took the time to listen to what I wanted and he offered helpful suggestions. He kept me updated on the process and progress. This is the third time I purchased a headstone from Walter's and I was very satisfied each time.
Great experience with Walters Monuments. Craig did an excellent job creating a headstone for my great-aunt that matched her family's ones from the Victorian era. I am not local, so I appreciate that he took photos to send to me. There was an early error with the draft, but he quickly corrected it. The time for creating the headstone was quite reasonable. Walters monument company is the best! 10/10
I met with Lisa on my initial visit. She was friendly, professional and efficient. I was able to take my time and pick an appropriate graveside marker. I had great communication with her throughout the whole process. The marker was designed and installed in less than 2 months. The finished product turned out better than expected. I would highly recommend.
