I had a bad experience with a different contractor last time and was pleasantly delighted when a tech came out and quickly diagnosed and rectified the cooling issue with my portable A/C in less than an hour. He went through each piece painstakingly and explained that a clogged filter had been restricting air flow which he cleaned immediately.
The problem was a clogged filter which the engineer replaced and he spent an hour checking all the equipment to make sure everything else was working fine. His thoroughness was apparent and appreciated compared to other HVAC services I have used.
Efficient A/C maintenance service
Our air conditioning unit had been doing fine, but we wanted to make sure everything was in working order before the summer months. The technician took just under an hour to inspect and clean the unit and noted a few parts that showed signs of wear but nothing that needed to be replaced at this time.
Thorough A/C maintenance done efficiently.
