Matt in the service department was solid on the timing side. He didn’t treat it like a grab bag of parts. He kept the request disciplined, made sure the supporting info matched the plan, and kept it from turning into a messy pile.
Update: after taking it to another shop, the service department at Bruce Walters lied to us. The exhaust issue is not where they said it was and it IS covered under warranty but yet they were going to charge us to fix it. That sounds like FRAUD. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I could give no stars I would. I would highly recommend NOT using them for service. The appointment for my car was March 18th, they didn’t start on it until weeks afterwards. I had an appointment to get my wife's car fixed on March 18th. It didn't even get into the shop until April 12th. Almost a month for a repair. And it was an extremely expensive one over $3,000 before it was all said and done.
The service department is lack luster. Called to make an appointment was told it would be a month, then told they could make the appointment for March 18. They said they had the parts needed. It’s almost a month later, my car is still there and they didn’t have the parts needed so it will take longer. Had I known this would happen I would have picked a different place.
