Terrible, terrible service department. Very slow to get any info out of them, such as estimates and when they have your vehicle they have it forever. Would not recommend taking a vehicle there for repairs.

One year update on the purchase of a 2024 Buick encore... Absolutely would not recommend the encore. Since a week or so after purchase it has had electrical issues as well as a few service problems. The service department says it is because I have a thinkware camera plugged in. I don't understand this because it was bought through walters and the fact that I unplugged it for 2 months and still had the same problem. But the warranty is almost up and I'm actually dreading driving it on vacation this summer but going to try it ... read more
