I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I went into the Chevy dealership and was met by a gentleman sitting on his phone. I asked about a specific Silverado that I had seen online. I told him the substantial cash down payment I was putting down and he had the nerve to ask me “so you have it now or are you waiting for the money, because a lot of people don’t carry that kind of money on them and have to wait on the money”. Jeff was great and made this easy.-1 star because their whole customer service system when calling is weird.
Prompt, courteous and professional service.
I spent ~$2,300. I picked it up on a Friday and brought it back on the following Monday because it was still doing what I brought it in for initially. I'm hoping the follow up service is at a significant discount.
