Brandon and Joel are fantastic.They were above and beyond helpful.I had called to have them hook up a toilet for me,but last minute I had a problem with a stove hook up,they took care of it.They even notice a odor coming from the basement,and showed me the simple fix to get rid of it . Fantastic service!Thank you!

Beware! All past interactions with Walter’s have been pleasant until today. They installed my entire system about 10 years ago. When the original thermostat failed 14 months ago they installed another very nice communicating thermostat at a cost well over $1,000. It wasn’t working today so I called the installer hoping it would be covered under warranty. I felt the representative was snarky and rude.
