I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I went into the Chevy dealership and was met by a gentleman sitting on his phone. I asked about a specific Silverado that I had seen online. I told him the substantial cash down payment I was putting down and he had the nerve to ask me “so you have it now or are you waiting for the money, because a lot of people don’t carry that kind of money on them and have to wait on the money”. Very friendly and easy to deal with.
Jeff was great and made this easy.-1 star because their whole customer service system when calling is weird.
Prompt, courteous and professional service.
I spent ~$2,300. I picked it up on a Friday and brought it back on the following Monday because it was still doing what I brought it in for initially. I'm hoping the follow up service is at a significant discount.
