I traded in a car (my registration was due) and the dealer sold me a car with expired registration. Essentially, I paid for 2 registrations for 2022. The salesman Joshua forced me to pay my trade-in registration and never disclosed the 2021 Q5 registration I was purchasing was expired. No one from the dealer will return a call on this matter. We are sorry that she had a poor experience with us but customers are responsible to pay for their own car’s registration. When Ms. ***** traded in her car it was discovered that she had not paid to have it registered. As part of this transaction she needed to pay for her previous car’s registration then when she buys a new or used car the customer is responsible for the registration of their new car.
