I, like some of the other reviewers, have been going to Dr. Wilson for over 20 years, and he is a very good physician. However, the staff, with the exception of 2 people, is the most rude and unfriendly staff I've ever come across, and either I or my husband have been to many doctors in the last few years. I've considered changing to another doc, but haven't done so yet. Someone should do something about his staff!
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
They made me wait over 2 hours then told me I was at the back of the line of people waiting, expected me to sit and wait another hour....3+ hours to see the doctor... Good Doctor, Terrible staff...I also have been mischarged and sent to collections by his billing office for $240.00 for shots I didnt receive and was told "I did get those shots and would be sent to collections and have my credit filed against if I didnt pay". I guess I'm just going to have to eat $240 for services I didnt receive...
Dr. Wilson is an excellant doctor, but his front office staff is the rudest group of people I have met. You can not get an emergency appointment to save your life. You have to come sit in the office, for between 2 and 4 hours. I am changing doctors because I can no longer deal with his front office staff. They are discourtious, do not have calls returned, etc.
