I had an excellent experience with Dr. Costner—he did an outstanding job on my arm surgery. From start to finish, he was professional, reassuring, and clearly skilled at what he does. My recovery has gone smoothly, and I’m truly grateful for the care and expertise he provided.
Laparoscopic Hernia surgery. Dr Costner was very knowledgeable and up to date on procedures. Mine was small enough I didn’t need mesh just sewed up. I have no pain 2 weeks out. He even asked for a follow up visit at two and 4 week. Good attitude
