I had Stanley Walter come pump out my septic on May 8, 2023. It was for an inspection of my septic system. The Waukesha County inspector was here also. He did not pump everything out but only the water on top and loose material. On May 19, 2023 11 days later I had a contractor here to give me an estimate on a new system. He looked into the septic tank and the waste was about 1 1/2' from the top at ground level. We have been customers of Stanley ****** for 5 years. I have recently called on two different occasions, with two different questions, and the same receptionist was extremely rude both times.Most recently I was given a price by the owner himself and when I called to question why I was charged over double the quoted price, I was told this wasn't the case and that I would never have been given that price or be told that.Very disappointing.
