I wasn’t sure what to expect from therapy so I thought this was normal. When I explained my problems he put me down and made me feel bad about them, told me my coping skills of alcohol was fine and “sounds like a good time”. He told my parents they’re bad parents to their face he kept blaming me instead of helping me fix my issues. This includes issues on ptsd, anxiety, depression. Stay away
I had a really bad experience with him.
