Very professional, friendly and on time, great experience
Very caring and skilled physician! Dr Rooney made a huge and significant impact in my life. It is so nice to be able to breathe freely and taste life’s flavors and smell the great aromas that surround me, which I have not been able to enjoy for decades!!
His secretary "Jenny" was very rude over the phone with me when she called and said that Dr Rooney had to reschedule my appt. Also, The last time I seen Dr rooney, I had mentioned to him that my ears haven't been deep cleaned in quite a while and i was due up to have it done. He quickly used his flashlight to look in my ears and said "No need for an Ear Cleaning". He didn't put a whole lot of effort into checking them thoroughly👂🏻 Not satisfied with his practice. I'm going to look for a different ENT doctor.
Dr. Rooney is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met. He took such good care of my son who was very fearful of his surgery. Dr. Rooney, thank you so much for all you’ve done. My son is recovering wonderfully.
Extremely disappointed.... I wasn't even in the exam room for 2 minutes before he asked me if I was a smoker. He basically threw his hands up in the air and told me that all of this since a young child that I have been dealing with is because I smoke cigarettes and wouldn't go any further with me. He told me to ask my referring doctor to send me to an allergist. I asked him if he was going to check to see if he seen anything.
