Absolutely horrible service. If you need to have your child seen I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. My child’s oxygen levels were reading 95%. The nurse documented them at 98% and brushed us off. They refused to swab my child. I was sick as well so they swabbed me and said we had the same issue. No meds prescribed, no further testing done, they did absolutely nothing for my child who was struggling.
My wife was in extreme lower back pain, to the point that she couldn’t take it anymore, so we went to the emergency room. Instead of getting real help, the doctor made it sound like she shouldn’t have even come in and treated the whole visit as if it was a waste of time. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the level of pain she was in. On top of that, I had to drive her there and wait, only for both of us to leave without proper care. This is probably the best medical experience I have had in the DMV, (Not including Baltimore). My wife needed urgent care and they were fast, clean, kind, patient, helpful and gentle. It was so reassuring and calming. If you qualify, I highly recommend this emergency room.
