I’d like to share a disappointing experience I had at the Exchange recently. While checking out on the first floor, I encountered a staff member (a woman in her 30s) who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I politely asked if she could help cut the tape so we could use our bag, and although her colleagues pointed out where the tool was, she simply told me “no.” When I asked if I could pay in cash, she again told me “no.” However, I later went to the basement level and was able to complete my purchase without any issues.
