I’d like to share a disappointing experience I had at the Exchange recently. While checking out on the first floor, I encountered a staff member (a woman in her 30s) who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I politely asked if she could help cut the tape so we could use our bag, and although her colleagues pointed out where the tool was, she simply told me “no.” When I asked if I could pay in cash, she again told me “no.” However, I later went to the basement level and was able to complete my purchase without any issues. They practice being slow and inefficient
Always find what I'm looking for in home, liquor, or drugstore types of items. Often find great sales prices in clothing.
Two-story Exchange with a decent selection of merchandise. A lot of name brands especially when it comes to clothing. I did find it odd that they didn't have the improved hot weather wear OCPs though.
