It's hard to overstate exactly how much of a terrible experience we've had with Walter Piano Transport. After wildly missing the delivery timeline (although they claim otherwise), I called them to figure out where the ball was dropped. I spoke calmly but directly, and received one of the rudest responses I've ever witnessed. The manager (who would not reveal her name) actually hung up on me in the middle of a question, and when I called back, she hung up on me again.
