Brought my grandmother here and Dr. Frank was extremely rude, initially refusing to mask even though she had just recovered from illness in her 90s. I had asked politely as I was her caregiver and because she had just recovered from a major illness that almost took her life. He eventually and improperly masked once finally coming into the room and asked us to discuss the issue. I am a patient of Dr Frank. I just started going to him and I love his office workers and him. He listens to everything you have to say and goes above and beyond your needs. I would most definitely recommend this off to anything. I couldn't imagine him being mean to anyone who enters his doors. I love you Dr Frank and thank you so much for helping me in my time of pain.
