Very, very unprofessional shipper. They told us that the driver needs to be there at 8:30 am for loading, my driver was there since 8 am, they told us that the freight already loadedin another truck. After an hour, they said that they do nothave any loading equipment. 0 star
Had a 1pm load appointment, checked in at 11:30 and was loaded by 12pm. Super nice people.
