In my opinion he should not be allowed to practice. I am lucky to be alive. Dr Walter Clair was the surgeon who put in my pacemaker in 2000. He made a mistake and pierced 2 of my valves doing so. I was sewn back up and hid from me for 6 years what he did until I almost died I was drowning from the fluid from the leaky valves. Thankful to several other good Drs help and god to still be alive! To this day he has never acknowledged what he did to me! My medial insurance and bills have been astronomical.
I have been a patient of Dr Clairs' for several years. He is patient,kind,knowledgeable,and takes great time in explaining things to you even answering questions posed by someone with you. He has responded quickly to online questions even into the evening sometimes if warranted.He makes one feel as though you are the most important person in the moment. I am grateful to have him caring for me.His Telehealth appointments during Covid had these same qualities.
