Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Delayed start date. First day of job, I gave him a deposit which I was not entitled to do as there was no signed contract, but it was in good faith. He cashed the check immediately then did not show up the next two days with no communication to me whatsoever. He left the premises a mess. I fired him via email. He now claims the one third deposit was the cost of the one day he worked. Basically \$500 for a \$200 patio pressure washing. I got estimates from other contractors and that w... read more
