I don't know about everyone else, but I am continually let down by health care these days. I won't ramble on about my experiences here but I will say that Dr. Sussman is FANTASTIC. Why? First, he is a problem solver. He doesn't just have one 'fix' but listens well before and after procedures, works with you to find solutions, and cares about your welfare. From my first consult for tennis elbow to my post-procedure visit for Tenex, Dr. Sussman and his team have been thorough, clear, and caring. I always felt he was interested in my opinion and was genuinely invested in answering my questions. I also appreciated his gradual approach to treatment. He started off giving me a script for PT, and when that did not remedy the issue, he gave me several options for interventions. Dr. Sussman wants positive outcomes in the least invasive way possible, and I'm grateful for his care.
