Awful experience on every level - completely incapable (or unwilling) of giving an accurate estimate for billing on a simple service. Work product was not only sub par but inaccurate. Billed an egregious amount for what amounted to a few emails of analysis. Behind the scenes mocked us - when we questioned the bill they blamed us. If I could give negative stars I would.
