We had several proposals done and then we found Walter. We called Walter in May 2020 and the next day he was at our door step. He LOOKED honest but don’t be fooled. We hired Walter to build an ADU after he explained the whole process we decided to go with him. He said we would have to give him $1000 for contract signing. This guy is a scammer, I along with other defrauded people have started the process to get his license revoked. He lied about inspections being passed so he could receive money. He doesn't pay employees, and does not respond to phone calls or messages, heck he has not even responded to the complaints from CSLB. I will be looking into pressing criminal charges against him for fraud. His Name is Walter H Chocon. DO NOT DEAL with this guy!!!

Buyer beware with this contractor. My parents hired him for a job, paid him, and failed to complete the job. He left the job undone and they had to pay someone else out of their own pocket to complete his work. My parents tried reaching out to him and he started dodging their calls and failed to honor the contract. He also sent someone to complete a fence for my parents and did not pay the worker he sent. I hired this business for a ADU. He took 90% of the money and only completed 25% of the work. Be careful with this scammer, who is shameless with the humble face that he makes. His salespersons are aware of this scam that he is doing and are in with him on this scam as well. As of today (4/29/22) 12 known customers/victims are in the same situation and he continues to obtain new customers to continue his misdeeds.
