He sucks. He accused me of being aggressive. Then did not like that I did not like the meds he but me on. Did not take into that I called on second med he gave and did not even call back. Then cancelled my appointment to see him. Would not recommend hi to anyone
She cares and thinks ahead, but the best part is she takes the time to listen and explain.
Dr. Vora asks questions that indicates she has knowledge of my problem and, most of all, cares.
I was switching because of having to deal with an NP that did not understand my issues with medication. I scheduled with Dr. Oakley, an MD for a serious discussion. I got a confirmation for a PA and not Dr. Oakley. I was mislead when I filled out paperwork to see the MD. Summit is a horrible organization that will not allow patients to see an actual doctor when needed.
!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!! The doctor prescribes way too many lab tests without considering if you or the insurance would pay. I just went for an annual physical and I ended up with $1000+ bills only for lab tests which were useless as I don't have any issues. The doctor's office is rude and only communicates on phone and they don't have an email. This tells you they don't take have records for communication and just can say anything over phone. Exceeds my expectations. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and he was very cordial. He made me feel like I was important. His office staff was very friendly. I have the utmost confidence in him. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Oakley is a great listener, explains test results thoroughly and is whole patient focused.
Very caring and confident in all his experiences in helping his patients to understand all the options they have and in making those appointments for you he is the most compassionate dr I've ever known I have been going to him for 20 years and would recommend him highly to everyone and already have
I felt considerable pressure from Dr Byrd to agree to a lobectomy from their network surgeon (Covenenant Health), even though other more reputable healthcare facilities and surgeons considered me a candidate for less radical lung-sparing surgery. Some suggested surgery might not even be necessary at all! On my second office appointment, Dr Byrd asked if I had scheduled surgery (lobectomy).
