Incompetent to the point of negligence. Further injured my rotator cuff.
He apparently thinks it’s okay to call people the n word. Not cool Walter Shull.
When choosing a physical therapist, go somewhere else. His racist rants just demonstrate his instability as a provider of care. he seems to be holding a lot of anger inside and you don't need that when you're going to physical therapy
He thinks joking around and using the "n word" is funny.
Walter Shull actually listens, then helps with specific problems. He is with you for the entire session, not flitting back and forth between patients. He is the best physical therapist ever! All staff members are efficient and caring.
I will always go to W. Shull. I know where to go anytime I need to get my therapy. This is the best place to be. My problem was taken care of immediately with patience. I feel the comfort and trust in this place.
