LOVE THE NEW MANAGER KAT. SHES SO NICE. AND HELPED ME GET THINGS FIXED IN MY APARTMENT. THE OFFICE IS SO ALIVE NOW. NOT DARK AND DRURY ANYMORE.
Been here for years and its really gotten BAD! New land lady is a B****, maintainence is almost non existing...takes months to fix things. Dogs are allowed to #\$%\$ everywhere...not a good place to live.
Pretty good job of rehab for whole building. Although some corners cut. Management is hard to deal with sometimes. some promises not kept. Nice patio area. Residents are mostly cordial. I am a resident, I appreciate having a fairly nice and safe place to live, that I can afford.
This apartment complex is full of nothing but discrimination and liars. You guys changed the landlord who told me two weeks ago that it was fine to have my disability dog here and that she would get the paper work done she changed her story many times and now she has sent me a term of eviction for having the animal on the premisses after telling me that it was fine. manager is rude,mean,& just plain evil. she is not helpful at all with the things that is wrong with the apartment! you tell her something needs to be fixed and it may take months to years to get the work done if done at all! she charges for everything known to man! she was charging over 900 dollars in rent when the rent is supposed to be \$669.00 and that is not right.she doesnt want you to have visitors and it is our right to have friends here if we want our friends here!. my name is steve, i lived here in parkmead apts. s... read more
Ive been a tenant here for three years and now they just start to charge for almost anything that breaks. For example, parkmead charges \$15 dollars for every board that comes off your fence, no matter if someone in your household broke it or not. They also towed my car and would not help me find out which company towed it or how I could retreive it. The manager told to call the police, when all she had to do give the number of the company that she called to have it towed. It was towed while I was on vacation.
Our apartment was not clean or painted before move in day as specifically promised. We moved from out of town so could not just stop in before moving to make sure. Then it took two months resolve all issues. A/C went unrepaired for over a month. Neighbors are loud, disruptive and steal from your porch. They are mostly drug dealers and in domestic violence disputes. There are noisy, disrespectful and unsupervised children reaking havic all over the place. You really dont want to move here!
