Saw Dr. Carlini many years ago for epilepsy treatment. Ended up getting a VNS. Real risks associated were never fully explained. I have been to 2 neurologists since, both were quite shocked in the medications he prescribed as well as the choice to put my on VNS without pursuing adequate other medications that were available. Dr. Carling has helped me with my migraines for a long time now. If something doesn't work, he tries something else. He is a very knowledgeable and I even get a few smiles and laughs out of him I am a big fan.
