Don’t bother trying to get seen here. I scheduled an appointment for my first time here to get seen, was contacted to reschedule because the doctor was going to be unavailable, so I did, they called me again to reschedule, then after confirming that one they called again to reschedule two more times.
He’s been taking care of my vision for almost 30 yrs and he’s still the best
I have been a patient of Dr Rutkowsky for many years. I can assure he and his office staff are the BEST of the Best. The Dr. Is wonderful, very knowledgeable, nice, and patient. He takes time to do everything carefully and does not rush you or anyone like other offices. He takes care of you and answer all your questions. I feel very fortunate to have his service and recommend him to everyone.

My experience with the doctor : He took time with me and did a very thorough exam. However, Very disappointed in the frame choices I was given. I got to pick from 2 drawers! Not from the wall!!! Yet still dished out $200 in cash on top of what my Insurance paid . The fitting of my glasses, and lack there of! The words that were spoken to me !
