I had a great experience buying a sofa at Walter E Smithe. Charlene was incredible and helped me from the moment I walked in the store with finding the sofa that would best suit my needs. Can't recommend them enough for the next time you need a new piece of furniture.
I went there today to look at furniture and try to make an appointment with a designer. When I walked in a sales person said someone would be with me shortly. I looked around for 20 minutes, waiting for someone to come. There were at least 4 employees in the store and one other customer that I could see. No one asked if I needed help. Ordered a bed and was told I do not need a box spring. Bed was delivered and I do indeed need a box spring. Can’t sleep on it for over a week until I find one.
