Our sales representative Shontil was very helpful. We walked in was greeted and told us when we needed her she would be available. No pressure no hassles. Great discounts great prices and thanks for the military discount.
As soon as we walked in we were greated by Jules. She was friendly, helpful and not the least bit pushy like some people in sales can be. We can't wait to work with her to bring our vision to life.
Had the pleasure of working with Jewels on ordering a queen bed for our teen son. The bed that we ordered was the Laredo by Wesley Allen. Jewels was so helpful by answering all our questions and helping us select from the many different finish options. This particular bed was not available to view in person. We were concerned about getting a metal bed that it might be flimsy or squeaky after considering a few online that were made overseas and reading reviews.
