Staff was friendly. However I felt like they cared more for older and more affluent looking customers. However, I still got the service I was looking for
Expensive furniture but if you want quality this is the place! I just purchased a custom couch and two swivel rocker chairs for what I would call an "investment". I went to WES because our first set of "new" furniture was purchased here 17 yrs ago and it was in excellent condition after wear and tear of a family of four for our main living quarters. None of these reviews are legit because THIS Lincolnshire store only had a soft opening last week, Grand Opening this weekend! So, 3 years ago, my ass hurts!
Very helpful at this location. Not so much at the bigger store down the street.
