Summer of 2025, I had some unexpected injuries back to back with my left shoulder. Over time, it began to freeze and bring pain consistently worsening. At the time, I had already visited 5 different hospitals / centers, and was always told it was okay and that I wouldn’t need an MRI, and just to take pain meds and stretch, or that I didn’t have any serious injury.
